Overview
KGSC Logistics LLC is based in Davie, Florida and supports import and forwarding activity for customers connected to The Bahamas and Jamaica. Their operation sits at the intersection of receiving, freight coordination, and courier support, which means visibility and process consistency are essential.
To support that workflow, we deployed a white-labeled version of our logistics-focused RipTide distribution through Clickship.app. The goal was to provide KGSC with a more unified operating layer for tracking shipments, organizing customer activity, and supporting day-to-day logistics management without forcing the team into disconnected tools.
The implementation gives the business a stronger internal system for coordinating movement and status updates while also creating a more structured experience for the customers and partner services relying on those workflows. That makes the platform useful both operationally and commercially as the business scales.
This project also serves as a good example of how RipTide can be adapted beyond generic business dashboards into specialized logistics and distribution use cases with a clear industry fit.
