Build
With direction set, we turn the project into a practical plan for design, technology and delivery. We keep the work focused on what matters most, then build in a way that leaves room to evolve.
Depending on the brief, that might mean a website or platform, an AI tool, a campaign experience, a content system or a new product concept. We bring the right mix of creative and technical work to make it real.
The EX Labs team was so regular with their progress updates we almost began to think they were automated!
Deliver
Before launch, we make room for testing, review and useful refinements. As the work comes into focus, we can incorporate the ideas that matter without losing sight of the agreedscope.
We launch with a clean handoff and, where useful, give your team the training, documentation and ongoing support needed to keep the work moving.
During this phase
- Testing. We test the critical paths before launch so the finished work is ready for real use.
- Training and Onboarding. When a project calls for it, we show your team how to get the most from the work.
- Support and Documentation. We agree upfront on what comes after launch, including documentation, support and the next opportunities to improve.
