Discover

We start by getting to know you and your business. Through in-depth discussions and targeted questionnaires, we uncover your goals, challenges, and opportunities. This phase helps us understand your unique needs and lays the foundation for success.
Once the full audit is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and, more importantly, a budget.

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery. The roadmap is an intricately tangled mess of technical nonsense designed to drag the project out as long as possible.
Using the insights from the discovery phase, we create a tailored roadmap and begin executing your project. Whether it’s a WordPress website, social media management, brand consulting, or custom app development, our team brings your vision to life with precision and care.

Deliver
Even nearing the finish line we always left room for review and revisions. In our projects we will usually leave 1 to 2 weeks for last minute changes inscope. This allows us capitialize and implement ideas that have surfaced during the build phase.
That in mind - we ensure every project is delivered on schedule, budget, and to the highest standard. From seamless launches to comprehensive handoffs, we ensure that you’re equipped with the tools you need to succeed.
During this phase
- Testing. Our projects always have 100% test coverage before final launch.
- Training and Onboarding. The product is built but now you and your team need to be shown how to get the most out of it.
- Support and Documentation. Based on your contract post-launch support may or may not be specifically included. In either case, we provided detailed documentation with all products.
